Selina and Chris were one couple that had to wait a little longer to become husband and wife due to various restrictions both in the UK and South Africa where the couple live… nether the less when the day came… boy it was amazing! The bride got ready in the cute little cottage in the beautiful grounds of Davenport House, a magnificent grade 1 listed Georgian country house.
The groom also got ready in one of the venue's period bedrooms, leaving us the opportunity to capture both preparations. The brides’ father and close family friend provided vintage transport for the bride to make her short journey to be married.
Having a mother who is a florist, the venue was draped in beautiful pastel roses, candles, and dusky pink accents. With Drinks on the lawn, alfresco evening food, a band to dance the night away, topped off with a firework display to end the evening… a breath-taking wedding.
